Frances Mae Conner

Frances Mae Conner, 90, of Copper Hill, Virginia, passed away Wednesday November 25, 2020. She is preceded in death by her husband, William “Bill” Conner; two sons, John “Skip” Conner, Infant son, Michael Dean Conner. She is survived by daughter; Deborah Smith (Larry); two grandchildren; Deana Brown (Cecil), and Daniel Smith (Donna); four great grandchildren; sister; Marie Carr; and many friends and caregivers. Graveside services will be held at Restvale Cemetery on Saturday November 28, 2020 at 3:00pm. Officiated by “Kooter” Conner. In lieu of flowers, make donations to the Floyd County Rescue Squad.

We loved Frances. She was “Family” to us! We will cherish all of our Christmas Eves spent at Winston and Carolyn’s. Carolyn loved her dearly! It is a great comfort to know they arrived together in eternity to meet all their loved one who hard gone before them! Love you Fran, Ricky, Nila and Mason
