Virginia Beaver Price

Virginia Beaver Price, Age 87, of Floyd, died at her home after a lengthy illness. She is preceded in death by her parents, Hunter Otis, and Francis Louise Beaver; husband, Clinton L. Price Sr., and special one, Eugene A Hogan; one brother, Earnest (EJ) Price. She is survived by daughters, Deronda Price Bishop, Barbara Moore; two sons, Clinton L Price Jr., and Richard Otis (Sandra) Price; one brother, William C Turner; sister-in-law, Shirley Price; and other son, Jaime McMillian. 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and a host of special cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday March 4, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Gardner Funeral Home with Pastor James R Calloway officiating. Interment will follow at Little River Church Cemetery. There will be a viewing one hour prior to service time.

Deepest sympathies to the family on your loss. Pat was a very special woman, who will live on in her children and grandchildren. May her memory be a blessing. She will be missed.

I worked with Pat at Head Start. She was wonderful to me and I will never forget the things she taught me about children and life in general. Great and wonderful Soul. Heaven will be graced with her presence!
