Sylvia Jane Yopp

May 16, 1941 - January 22, 2024

Sylvia Jane (Stump) Yopp, 82, of Copper Hill, Went home to glory on January 22, 2024. She was preceded in death by the father of her children, Glenn Yopp; parents, Isaac Stump and Rosa Stump; brothers, Newton Stump, and Ralph Stump. Surviving is her sister Irene Moran; daughter, Glenna Bell (Tom), daughter, Barbara “Bobbi” Worrell, son, Wade Yopp (Melissa), son, Jeff Yopp (Leane), son, John Wloczewski (Patty), daughter, Kimberly Lawrence, daughter, Melissa Likens, 18 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, many other “children” that called her momma or mawmaw and many nieces and nephews. A special thank you to the staff of Skyline Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A funeral service will be held on Friday January 26, 2024, at 2pm at Gardner Funeral Home with Pastor Bradley Turner. Interment will follow in Restvale Cemetery. There will be a visitation two hours prior to service time. In lieu of flowers please consider sending donations to Skyline Nursing Rehab, Plenty! Food Bank, or Copper Hill Church of the Brethren Food Bank.
