Theda Lovenia Hall

August 30, 1927 - December 20, 2025

Theda Lovenia Hall went to be with the Lord on December 20, 2025. She was born August 30, 1927 to the late Maxiemillian L. Miller and Maud E. Nuckols Miller, in South Norfolk, in what is now Chesapeake, Virginia. She is predeceased by her husband Finley Lucian Hall and five older siblings, Ethelyn, Judith, Mackie, Hazel and Doris.

 Theda worked at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA during WWII, and as a Navy wife, she followed her husband’s long Naval career through many duty stations and countries. She had a long and well lived life traveling the country and living in many locations from coast to coast, spending her last few years with family in Floyd, Virginia.

She is survived by her sons, Finley Lynn Hall (Andrea) of Senec, Slovakia and Stewart Lane Hall (Lee Ann) of Escondido, CA, eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Theda will be Interned alongside her late husband, Finley, at Arlington National Cemetery the 24th day of April, 2026 at 10:00 am.
