Linda Margaret Kearns, age 64, of Willis, passed away on September 10, 2013. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold Fletcher James. Mrs. Kearns is survived by a daughter, Amy Higgins; friends, Kenneth Hall and Paul Schnabel; two granddaughters, Katrina Higgins and Alisha Higgins; mother, Betty James; brothers and sisters, Carol and John Futchko and Patty and Charles Foley; several nieces and nephews.A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 16, 2103 at 1:00 pm at Gardner Funeral Home, Floyd, (540) 745-2007.
