Glenna Angle Runion

April 14, 1914 - January 26, 2010

Glenna Angle Runion, 95, of Check, passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Les C. Runion, her brother Clyne S. Angle, and her sister, Margaret A. Vest. Surviving are her “adopted” son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Vicky Via; her “adopted “ grandchildren, Brenna Via and Callie Via; one brother, L.C. Angle, Jr.; one sister-in-law, Myrtle Angle; nephews and niece, David Angle, Len Angle III and Marsha Vest; special nephew and spouse, Richard and Janet Hafeman; several great-nieces and great-nephews; and a special caregiver, Nancy Caskey. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 29, 2010 at Floyd Baptist Church with Dr. Dave Holladay officiating. Interment will follow at Jacksonville Cemetery. Friends may call at Gardner Funeral Home after 1:00 p.m. on Thursday where the family will be from 6-8 p.m. The family will receive friends on Friday at Floyd Baptist Church from 10-11 a.m. Condolences may be made to the family at www.gardnerfuneralhomefloyd.com. I am the son of Ralph and Ruth Angle,and grandsom of J.C. Angle. Les and Glenna visited in our home near Shawsville many times. I send my prayers and love to the family, especially Myrtle Angle. I am proud of my Angle heritage. JIM Angle
