I was so sorry to learn about Jackie. I met her when I volunteered at the Jacksonville center. She was always kind and helpful to me.

Ada, I am so sorry that you are having to deal with the passing of your beautiful Mother--that is a hard one-- Your Mom often came to visit my garden and in the early summer would come by and visit on her own I would see where she had worked -- pulling and piling a few weeds here and there -- She was a treasure to each life she touched-- I won't be able to come by Saturday-- your Mom the generous volunteer would know about prior community responsibilities
