Billy Cleo Pratt, 80, of Willis passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday December 20, 2018, and is now with his son Dawson Pratt, and 1st wife Betty Pratt. Billy is survived by his wife: Linda Reed Pratt, daughter: Sheila (Russell) Quesenberry, grandson: Justin Pratt, great-grandson: Waylen Pratt, step-daughter: Lisa King, step-grandsons: Matthew and Phillip King, great-granddaughters Kyleigh and Emma King. Brothers: Luther (Ethel) Pratt, Lowell (Norma) Pratt, Donnie (Brenda) Pratt, sisters: Nora Jean (John) Whitlock, Kay Conner, Iva Dell (Garrett) Hollandsworth. Billy was loved and will be greatly missed. A Graveside Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
