Edna Quesenberry Young

March 05, 1934 - February 17, 2011

Edna Q. Young, beloved Mother and Grandmother, of Indian Valley, went to her final home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 17,2011. Born March 5, 1934, She was preceded in death by her parents, Hobert and Bertha Quesenberry; husband, Ralph Young; son, Dale Young; and brothers, Basil and Burley Quesenberry. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Raymond Epperly; grandchildren, Travis Young and Amanda Epperly; and sister Opal Gordon. Visitation will be Sunday, February 20, from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at Gardner Funeral Home in Floyd, Va. followed by her funeral at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel conducted by Reverend Michael Pugh. Interment at Captain George Cemetary will follow the funeral. The family wishes to thank the staff at Skyline Nursing Home, as well as, personal caregivers for their loving care.
