Carolyn Ann Gleim, 73 of Copper Hill, VA passed away peacefully on November 17, 2020. She was born on November 3, 1947 in Howard Beach, New York. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Rudolph and Anna Christian; sister, Joan Mentzel; and stepson, Sean Neumann. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Arthur (Hipper) Gleim; son, Tommy Gleim (Gretchen); daughter, Christie Hammond (Brian); stepdaughter, Tracy Corby (John); four grandchildren, Brian Hammond Jr., Jillian Hammond, Fallon Corby, Ashley Corby. Funeral services will be held Thursday Nov. 19, 2020 at 2PM at Gardner Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Dalton officiating. Interment will follow in Restvale Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time at the Funeral Home. If you choose to come to the services, please wear a face mask inside of the facilities due to COVID-19.
