Edna “Frances” Hutchins,83, of Floyd passed away Friday July 8, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband George Hutchins, her parents Frank and Thelma Green. Survived by three Children: Kenny Hutchins, Gary Hutchins, and Penny Hutchins Tuck (Randy). One grandson; Seth Hutchins, two step Granddaughters: Tory Fillinger (Phillip), Taylor Tuck; five step Great Grandchildren. Services at 3pm Sunday July 10th at Pleasant Valley Church with Pastor Roy Turpin officiating. Interment will follow in Church Cemetery. The Family will receive friends from 2-3pm at the Church. Penny, Seth, Kenny, and Gary So sorry to hear of the passing of Frances. She is kind hearted spirt. I remember her a good mother and grandmother. I do hope you all find peace in knowing she loves you all.
