Thomas Lee Gardner

July 31, 1960 - June 25, 2023

Thomas “Tommy” Lee Gardner, 62, of Floyd, passed away on Sunday June 25, 2023 at his home. He was a loving son, brother, and uncle. He was preceded in death by his grandparent’s Leo and Golda Gardner and Jake and Nora Woolwine. Survived by Father: Calvin Gardner (Nelva); Mother: Phyllis Woods; Brother: Gerald Gardner (Cathi); Neice: Gracyn Gardner; Nephews: Dylan King, Tristan King; Aunt: Kathy Hubbard; Uncles: James Gardner (Patty), Bobby Gardner, Sr. (Mary). Several Cousins, other extended family and friends. Funeral services will be Thursday June 29, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Gardner Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Dalton officiating. Interment will follow in Topeco Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before service time at Gardner Funeral Home on Thursday. Flowers will be appreciated, or donations may be made to the Floyd Co. Humane Society

I'm very sorry for y'all's loss. Tom was a good man, fantastic machine operator, and wonderful friend. It was an honor to be able to work with and get to know him.
