Linda Lou Ann Elliot

August 27, 1954 - July 13, 2024

Linda Lou Ann Elliot, 69 of Floyd, VA, gained her angel wings on July 13, 2024 after a long, courageous battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Donna Merchant, and one brother, Robert Merchant. She leaves a legacy through her husband of 51 years, Michael Elliot, two daughters, Michelle Worrell (Keith), Melissa Elliot, and one brother, John B. Merchant. Linda had one grandson, whom she loved deeply, Gabriel “Bubby” Akers.

Linda was a devoted wife, mother and Mimi and had a never ending love for her family. She had a deep love for animals, especially her horses. She was full of love, laughter, and resilience and was known to have a bit of spunk. 

Linda touched the lives of all who knew her. She was the heart of our home and family and will forever be missed. 

A special thank you to the staff at Skyline Health and Rehabilitation Center for taking such great care of her during these last several months. 

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date

I only seen you a few times . When we did talk I enjoy it. I am so sorry for y’all lost.
