Kenneth Lee Hitt

October 29, 1961 - January 15, 2025

Kenneth Lee Hitt, 63, of Willis, went to be with the Lord on January 15, 2025. Kenneth was a member of New Harvest Ministries, serving on security team and head of maintenance for the church. He had a servants hearts, He was a long time truck driver. You could always have found him with a smile on his face and a child in his lap. He was preceded In death by his parents Vic and Doris Hitt, and baby sister, Barbie Hitt. Kenneth is survived by his wife Sandra Lee Hitt; children, Vinnie Hitt, Rachel Hitt, Cory Hitt, Amanda Hitt, Aiden Hitt; grandchildren, Iris Hitt, Cameron Hitt; siblings; Vic Hitt ( Sheila), Bill Hitt (Tayna), Ted Hitt (Cindy), Dan Hitt (Val), Sherry Meres (Dave), Cindy Hitt (Bob), Holley Pinney (Jerry), Harold Hitt (Carol); along with several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday January 25, 2025 at 2pm at New Harvest Ministries with Pastor Roy Bentley officiating. Interment will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. There will be a visitation one hour prior to service time at the church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Gardner Funeral Home for Funeral Services.

So sorry to hear of Ken's passing. I hope his memory will bring comfort to his family and friends. Although we haven't seen him in many years,the memory of times our families spent together at the farm and on the bus rides to school will always be with us. Rest in peace cousin. Rob Hitt
