Nettie Mae DeHart Hardison, 91, passed away on February 13, 2025. She was born on January 24, 1934 in Patrick County. She was preceded in death by her mother Elena DeHart and husband Gene C. Hardison. She is survived by her children: Darlene Mabry Cockram, Meadows of Dan, VA, Cynthia Hardison Moran, Floyd, and Richard Hardison, Floyd; one grandson: Jimmy Cockram (Stacy), Stuart, VA; one granddaughter: Terry Moran Turner (Doug), Meadows of Dan, VA ; great granddaughter: Savanna Cockram, Stuart, VA; great grandson: Tyler Hughes, Stuart , VA; great grand dog: Sadie, Meadows of Dan, VA. A private burial will be held at the Meadows of Dan Baptist Church Cemetery. Special thanks to the employees at Skyline Heath and Rehab, Floyd, VA.
