

Norma Duncan Graham
October 19, 1940 - May 24, 2025
Norma Duncan Graham, 84, of Floyd went to be with the Lord on Saturday May 24, 2025. Norma worked for many years on the family farm; she worked at the sewing factories here in Floyd. She followed that by working in the school cafeterias, along with several restaurants in the area. Norma was well known for her biscuits that she made at the Floyd Xpress. After her retirement she helped care for the elderly. During all this time she always looked after and cared for the family she loved so dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Rufus and Bessie Duncan; four sisters: Evelyn Quesenberry, Arliene Altizer, Beatrice Quesenberry, Edith Phillips; one infant brother: Bobby Duncan. Survived by her husband of 64 years: Winfred Graham; two sons: Steven Graham (Angela), Jabe Graham (Rhonda); one daughter: Lisa Sheppard (Ron); Grandson: Lucas Graham (Kayla); great-grandson: Deacon Graham; one sister: Pearl Hodges; two special nieces: Mary Harman and Nancy Gallimore along with numerous other nieces and nephews, special friend: Angela Poff.
The family would like to thank Good Samaritan Hospice for their amazing care through these difficult times.
Funeral services will be Wednesday May 28, 2025, at 2 PM at Gardner Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Whitlock officiating. Interment will follow in Jacksonville Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12 Noon until 2 PM before the service. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Floyd Co. Humane Society PO Box 862, Floyd, VA 24091.
