Robyn Griffin Hatch

August 26, 1959 - June 22, 2025

Robyn Griffin Hatch passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 22nd, 2025. She was born on August 26th, 1959, in Atlanta, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her father, Marshall Olin Griffin. She is survived by her loving husband of 32 years, Daniel Hatch, mother, Gayle Miller Griffin, brothers Phillip (Elizabeth) and Will (Misty), nieces Megan Acierno, Erin Griffin, & Addie Griffin, nephews, Jordan Anthony, Thomas Griffin, Zane Griffin, & Reed Griffin, & her beloved dog of 17 years, Max.

Robyn spent the majority of her career as a mental health nurse as an LPN. She attended Randolph Tech in Asheboro, NC for nursing school. Robyn had a gift for art and a passion for helping others. Another favorite of hers was her programs. She was usually unavailable from 12:30 to 1:30 when Young and the Restless was on. Her greatest passion may have been for her husband Dan, always together through whatever was happening. Truly an unconditional love.

Robyn was the first child of Olin & Gayle Griffin. There is something about being the parent of a daughter. Complete irreplaceable love.

She will be greatly missed by those of us who love her, but we rejoice in the fact that she is healed and is facing no more fears.

A celebration of life will be held Friday, June 27th, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Gardner Funeral Home.

God Bless you all.

I was Blessed in this life to have known Robyn in many ways. As her co-worker and supervisor, she was a gifted Nurse. Knowledgeable with medications and the de-escalation of situations on the Mental Health unit, I always felt thankful when Robyn was scheduled to work. I also knew Robyn as a friend. We talked and text. We enjoyed sharing our views and love of cooking, plants, politics, and most important the Love of Our Lord Jesus. I will miss our conversations here, but I know I Will see her again. As we always told each other, miss you much, Love you more ❣️
