Our deepest sympathy to Roger's family and friends. He was a good friend and comrade of Joyce's father, Alden Wood, in their love and pursuit of Corvettes over many years. Roger also gladly advised us, and shared in our delight, after the restoration of Dad's 1959 Impala. A good man and an honorable trooper--Roger will be greatly missed.

Roger was our dearly beloved ❤️ backyard neighbor. We met him when we first bought our land on Rose Hill Rd. We removed a section of barbedwire fence so we could more easily get to Roger's house to help him with fixing a car engine, a lawnmower, a generator or in the past couple of years just visiting him and Miss Maggie, after Judy died. We helped make sure his gutters were cleaned out before big storms were predicted. We sat and talked around his kitchen table, exchanged stories, and just did our best to make sure he knew how much we loved him. We were blessed to get to visit him one last time at Skyline Nursing Home. We will always remember him with love. We are praying for his grandson, Josh, as he prepares to care for Roger's house and his collections. So happy that Maggie has a new home on a 40-acre farm. We thank God for allowing us to have such a special beloved neighbor and friend.
