My husband and I ran on Floyd County rescue squad for many years. We knew we could always count on Wanda to dispatch us to rescue calls with accuracy and with compassion. It was always wonderful to hear her voice on the radio. She was one of a kind and will be missed.

I did not know her personally but was extremely blessed by reading about her here and grateful that I have got to know Billy! May the Lord meet Billy and all those who loved her daily and carry them close to His heart.
