Robert Dale Belcher, 74, of Willis, passed away February 24, 2026, surrounded by his family. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday February 26, 2026, at Laurel Branch Cemetery, 2132 laurel branch rd, Floyd, VA. In Lieu of Flowers the family request donations be made to Gentiva Hospice, 7061 W Lee Hwy # B, Rural Retreat, VA 24368.

I went to school with him and he was always well liked by everyone at Floyd County High School. He was my mail carrier for years and I enjoyed it whenever he stopped and we got to talk together. He will be sadly missed. Hugs for comfort, prayers for strength, and most of all love for the family and friends who loved him.
