Mildred Juanita Manning

January 04, 1932 - January 09, 2013

Mildred “Juanita” Stewart Manning, age 81, of Copper Hill, went peacefully home to be with her Lord on January 9, 2013. Juanita enjoyed caring for her family and farming with her husband. She was a dedicated member of Copper Hill Church of the Brethren. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Ersel Adam Manning, Sr. of Copper Hill; daughters and sons-in-law, Jean and Ed Miller of Christiansburg, Cindy and Lee Beckner of Copper Hill, Teresa and David Ingram of Copper Hill; son and daughter-in-law, Ersel Jr. and Sandra Manning of Floyd; Also surviving are eleven grandchildren and spouses, Lisa and Brad St. Clair, Eddie and Jessica Miller, Amie and Bobby Maxwell, Joshua Manning, Kristina and Chuck Cromer, Matthew, Jason and Bryan Beckner, Wayne and Brandi Ingram, Kassie Ingram and fiancé Michael Belcher, and Jordan Ingram. She has been blessed with seven great grandchildren. A special thank you goes out to caregivers Kallie Parker and the Carillion Hospice Family. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 11, 2013 at 2PM at Copper Hill Church of the Brethren with the Reverend Marty Moyer officiating. Interment will follow at Restvale Cemetery. Friends may call after 6PM at Gardner Funeral Home on Thursday, January 10, 2013 where the family will be from 6 to 8PM. Arrangements by Gardner Funeral Home, Floyd.
