Calvin Ray Conner

June 16, 1952 - February 24, 2015

Calvin Ray Conner, 62 of Pilot, Va tragically passed away at his home on February 24, 2015. Preceded in death by his parents Elbert & Clara Conner. He is survived by his wife Patricia Poff Conner, Daughter and a very special son in law Cynthia & Adam Walker, Son and daughter in law Chad & Eden Conner. "Paw Paw" is also survived by three special grandchildren Brayden Walker,Kaylee Conner, and Hunter C-wack. He is also survived by his sister and brother in law Mary & Larry Howell,and his brother and sister in law Carl & Sharla Conner, Niece Amanda Witt and husband Matt and great Niece Cheyenne Witt. Aunt Erma Jean Vest and husband Wilford. Aunt Glenna Nichols and husband Clyde and many other cousins and family. We also what to say a special thanks to Floyd Station #3 Fire Department especially Chief Rickie Thompson and Bobby Haynes. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Floyd County Station #3 Fire Department in memory of Calvin, 1710 Kings Store Rd, Check Va, 24072. Funeral Services will be held at 11am Saturday February 28th at Gardner Funeral Home with Pastors Cecil Brown & Leon Alley officiating. Graveside service to follow at Wilson's Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8pm on Friday February 27, 2015.
