RICHARD “SQUID” TARLACH FLOYD, VA-Richard “Squid” Tarlach passed away quickly at home in Floyd County on Saturday, August 13, 2016. He is remembered by his family and a multitude of friends spread globally. He was a lover of life and an artist. A memorial party/celebration of his life will be announced.
