Shirley C. Lineberry, 82, of Floyd passed away Sunday December 31, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents Carl Cochran and Della Banks, she is survived by husband Eugene Lineberry, three daughters and three sons, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Shirley was a beautiful person. She touched my life in many ways, with a kind word and encouraging smile, with sound advice, and with support in the form of encouraging letters to the two children my husband and I adopted 22 years ago.
